Mimi’s love for music began as a small tyke who’d drag the chair over to the phonograph console to reach in and play her dad’s records. She’d dance around the house to “Green Onions,” “The Stripper,” Beethoven's Symphony No. 5, Copeland, The Kim Sisters and Fats Waller, transported to the different eras. Born in the early ’80s at UC Irvine’s radio station KUCI , Mimi’s show reflected the scene of the time and highlighted friends and touring bands playing around town. She was Promotions Director for the station and represented KUCI at the New Music Seminar in New York for a few years, and if you were there you know what a blast that was! From Tokyo to Maui and currently back in SoCal at Luxuria, the show has remained true to its origins showcasing the best of punk, funk, rock, metal, alternative, Elvis and whatever else is inspiring in the moment. Expect special guests, good grooves and hearing your requests! It’s “live on the fly” so come enjoy the ride!

"C’mon! Live a Little" host Derrick Bostrom gained notoriety as the drummer and founding member of the legendary Meat Puppets. One of the longest-lasting bands from the American indie scene, the Meat Puppets continue to this day with Bostrom behind the skins. He also labors as an I.T. professional and is considered a "technologist" by those who don't know any better. In truth, he knows just enough to be dangerous...especially to his listeners.

John has been running around in the underground music/club scene since his early teens in the Northern California Bay Area . . .

"Sonic Fringe" host, Moana Santana is primarily known for having Go-Go danced for a number of popular garage bands, as well as pop and punk. Such as, The Lords of Altamont, Josie Cotton, The Woggles, King Kahn and The BBQ Show, Jim Jones and The Righteous Mind, and probably most notably for her performance with The Damned as Vampira, in their one off show at The London Palladium, A Night of a Thousand Vampires. Moana has also performed internationally as a burlesque performer, and was a regular with LA's own Lucha Vavoom for a good 15 years. Not to mention having Go-Go danced at countless dance clubs throughout her many years as a performer.
